I recently re-discovered Bacardi Breezers. Yes, the cooler you first got drunk on when you were 15 is back. No, I am not reliving my youth and drinking Breezers on the regular but I have learned a great trick with them. Make boozey slushies for summer. And they are dead easy. You can make anything from a strawberry daquiri to a pina colada to a frozen orange smoothie – all with Bacardi Breezers.
2 cans of your favourite Bacardi Breezer
1 cup of ice
Fruit Garnish (strawberry, orange slices, limes, etc)
1. Pour 12 oz (1 can) of Bacardi Breezer in an ice cube tray and freeze.
2. Add one can of chilled Breezer, ice, and frozen Breezer to a blender and blend until ice is crushed.
3. Serve
4. Garnish
5. Enjoy
