Cafe Envie makes some of the best coffee in the quarter but it wasn’t until recently that I stopped in for coffee and was feeling a bit peckish. So I tried their breakfast in a go cup. In a city that makes the go cup famous, why not try the breakfast version. And I can easily say that this is probably the best breakfast you will ever have on the go. The idea of recreating breakfast inside a go cup seems so simple that it surprises me that I have never encountered this anywhere. So whats inside? A layer of grits, a layer of scrambled eggs, a layer of hash browns, topped with sausage gravy, pieces of sausages and strips of bacon. What more could you ask for?
