Is that a flirty pocket square in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

Anyone who knows about my rather sordid and graphic history (graphic design, people), knows that I have a fondness for graphic artists. And I count Gary Taxali‘s art amongst my favourites in this medium. This fall, he has once again teamed up with Harry Rosen to launch a collection of five special-edition pocket squares. This is the second series of pocket squares. The capsule collection celebrates the art of flirtation for the modern man.  Each pocket square has a flirty fun message such as “I ♥ Us”, “Wink/Why Not Me”, “Crushing Big Time/ Make It Count”, “Call Me/Never Call Me” and “You Had Me at Good Bye/My Feelings Like You”. This just might be the perfect gift to give that special someone you are crushing on. So who am I gifting? That’s one secret I’ll never tell. XOXO. You know you love me (and you know you love bad pop culture references). Available now, $95.

Christian has been a cultural and style junkie since the age of 6; while most kids were swiping cookies, he was swiping his grandfathers' Patek Philippe. Raised to appreciate art, fashion, design and  literature (yeah, this one actually reads) by a single mother fondly called Jackie-O. Christian quickly went from childhood cultural capital thief to academia protégé. Referred to as the cat's meow by some, too clever by half by others, Christian eschewed the academic life and ran away to join the circus -the fashion circus. Several well-appointed positions later and a career on the rise would be most people's dream but it was time to say fuck off and start all over again.

This is Christian Dare Unedited.
