With St Patrick’s Day just around the corner, I am often asked what are my St Paddy’s Day plans. And to be totally honest, I think I have grown too old for packed bars, drunken revelery and green beer. Well…too old for green beer at least. So this year, I went on the hunt for some great St Paddy’s Day cocktails.
