I am a huge fan of Caesars. HUGE! So I am always on the lookout for new riffs on the classics. Enter the Christmas Classic Caesar by Walter.
What? Christmas Classic? I bet you didn’t know that the Caesar was a classic holiday drink? Well you obviously haven’t been to my WASPy household around the holidays where my mom (aka Jackie-O) serves you a Caesar first thing in the am before any other brunch food. Mostly she does it to assuage the guilt she has from serving too many cocktails the night before. Second, this is brunch. That’s right. Don’t expect waffles or pancakes for brunch. This isn’t that type of household. We prefer to drink our holiday calories. Okay enough digression. Here’s how to make your own.
