I will admit it, I do love me some brown liquor when I am down in the South. And I am always looking for some new recipes to make with whisky. Enter the Collingwood Simcoe Sipper. Made with one of my favourite Canadian Whiskys – Collingwood. It’s not too sweet, not too tart. Perfect sipper for the summer heat. And it’s dead easy.
Recipe:
- 1.5 oz. Collingwood Whisky
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Juice of half a lime
- Ginger Ale
Directions.
- Add whisky, bitters and lime juice to a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice.
