Ingredients:
- 1 1⁄2 oz Beefeater Gin
- 1⁄2 oz Lillet
- 1⁄4 Apricot Liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
- 2 drops Hopped grapefruit bitters
- Add all ingredients into mixing tin and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into an ice filled old-fashioned glass.
- Zest with grapefruit.
- Enjoy.
- Repeat.
