Over the two weeks of TIFF 2015, I drank far too much and ate far too little. Every party/event seemed to have been hawking a signature cocktail – most of which I cannot even remember (maybe that’s a good thing). But I do remember drinking The Boss on the Thompson Hotel Rooftop. If you want to drink like a boss – here’s how do it.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jameson Select Reserve Irish Whiskey
- 1⁄2 oz Dolin’s Sweet Vermouth
- 1⁄4 oz Benedictine
- 1 dash Peychauds bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into an ice filled glass and stir.
- Add new ice into an old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
- Enjoy.
- Repeat.
