Aperol Spritzes are one of my favourite go-to drinks. To be totally honest, I could drink these fizzy aperitifs all summer long. They are perfect for afternoon drink or pre-dinner drink. They are sweet and friendly, orange-and-rhubarb flavored with just a hint of grapefruit-rind bitterness. They are delicious and super easy to make.
Recipe:
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 splash of soda
- Orange slice.
Instructions:
- Fill a Collins glass or champagne flute with ice.
- Pour the prosecco over, then add Aperol and club soda.
- Garnish with orange slice.
- Enjoy.
