I recently had the opportunity to try the luxury Polish vodka brand Wyborowa (aka Wybo). When I am asked to try out a new vodka (new to me), I often skip the suggested mixed drinks and go right to the true test of a good vodka – how good it tastes on the rocks. And this one is delicious. So drink it straight up or on the rocks kids. The vodka is crystal clear and smooth; it features a slight hint of anise on the nose and a slightly spicy finish. But if you are a mixed drink fan, here is one that will be great for VDay (and it’s pink) – the Chamble.
Recipe:
- 40 ml Wybo
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 10 ml raspberry liquer
Directions:
- Combine Wybo, lemon juice and simple syrup into a rocks glass. Stir.Top with crushed ice.Drizzle the raspberry liquer over the crushed ice so that it trickles down into the drink.Garnish with two raspberries.EnjoyRepeat
