As someone who almost never shaves, a trimmer has become my best friend. I have tried many over the years with varying degrees of success. I received the Conair iStubble to try out and here are my thoughts so far.

What I like about the iStubble

  • The “floating contouring head” – which is basically pivoting head. It works really well; smoothly glides around the curves of your face for a close trim.
  • Amazing at taking care of stubble and giving you the exact amount of five o’clock shadow (you can set the length digitally of how much to take off – you can adjust from blade from 0.4 to 5MM).

What I don’t like about the iStubble

  • Cleaning and maintenance is not that easy – this is not a waterproof trimmer.
  • Charge can take up to 12 hours and last for 45 mins only.

Christian has been a cultural and style junkie since the age of 6; while most kids were swiping cookies, he was swiping his grandfathers' Patek Philippe. Raised to appreciate art, fashion, design and  literature (yeah, this one actually reads) by a single mother fondly called Jackie-O. Christian quickly went from childhood cultural capital thief to academia protégé. Referred to as the cat's meow by some, too clever by half by others, Christian eschewed the academic life and ran away to join the circus -the fashion circus. Several well-appointed positions later and a career on the rise would be most people's dream but it was time to say fuck off and start all over again.

This is Christian Dare Unedited.
