Psychopaths on Parade

This seemed like the perfect cocktail to sip while watching the world go by on a Saturday afternoon. Recipe care of Thompson Hotel Toronto.

Ingredients:

• 1 1⁄2 oz Beefeater Gin
• 1⁄2 oz Lillet
• 1⁄4 Apricot Liqueur
• 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
• 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
• 2 drops Hopped grapefruit bitters

1. Add all ingredients into mixing tin and fill with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice filled old-fashioned glass.
3. Zest with grapefruit.
4. Enjoy.
5. Repeat.
