Friendsgiving Cocktail: Pumpkin Spice Goodness

Many of us celebrate Thanksgiving with our chosen family – sometimes made up of all our friends or a combination of friends and family. One of the best ways to break the ice and make everyone feel like family is a welcome cocktail. I partnered up with Bacardi for this one – the Friendsgiving Cocktail. It’s pumpkin spice goodness in the best way possible. You can even pre-make it in a pitcher.

Bacardi Friendsgiving Cocktail
Recipe:
  • 2 oz.’s Bacardi Superior
  • 1 oz. spiced apple cider
  • .75 oz.’s lemon juice
  • .5 oz.’s honey
  • 1 table spoon pumpkin butter
  • Garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices (if you want to be really bougie – garnish with a slice of caramel apple)
Directions:
  1. In a large rocks glass, add the Bacardi Superior, apple cider, lemon juice, honey and pumpkin butter.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together evenly with a spoon.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and garnish before serving.

Pro tip – Mix all the liquid with the honey and pumpkin butter before adding any ice because the ice will cause the honey to clump up.

Christian has been a cultural and style junkie since the age of 6; while most kids were swiping cookies, he was swiping his grandfathers' Patek Philippe. Raised to appreciate art, fashion, design and  literature (yeah, this one actually reads) by a single mother fondly called Jackie-O. Christian quickly went from childhood cultural capital thief to academia protégé. Referred to as the cat's meow by some, too clever by half by others, Christian eschewed the academic life and ran away to join the circus -the fashion circus. Several well-appointed positions later and a career on the rise would be most people's dream but it was time to say fuck off and start all over again.

This is Christian Dare Unedited.
