Animal Print is the New Neutral

Animal Print is all over the runways for fall and winter. But have you ever thought of incorporating the latest runways trends into your home instead of into your closet? Why not? Scared?

Fear not, animal print has been a go-to in home decor for ages. And can be used within every home – from classical to contemporary. Sure, used wrongly it cane be a bit too much and even border on tacky. But fear not, I have some great tips on how to incorporate it into any space. And if you want to learn even more about getting a little wild in your home decor with some animals prints, check out my latest on Cityline.

One of the easiest ways to add some wildlife into your home is with some great cups and saucers. These cheetah dishes would look great in almost any home. But why not go for more?

Zebra print is an easy addition to any minimalist home. This classic graphic black and white print adds a little extra ooomph to an ordinary home. And notice the addition of a few other zebra prints in the room? It helps to round out the room.  Pillows from H&M

You can update any neutral bathroom with some new guest towels, so why not trying a leopard print?

Why not go all out and mix a few animal prints? I love this combination of antelope print rug and leopard print stools.

Christian has been a cultural and style junkie since the age of 6; while most kids were swiping cookies, he was swiping his grandfathers' Patek Philippe. Raised to appreciate art, fashion, design and  literature (yeah, this one actually reads) by a single mother fondly called Jackie-O. Christian quickly went from childhood cultural capital thief to academia protégé. Referred to as the cat's meow by some, too clever by half by others, Christian eschewed the academic life and ran away to join the circus -the fashion circus. Several well-appointed positions later and a career on the rise would be most people's dream but it was time to say fuck off and start all over again.

This is Christian Dare Unedited.
