No, this isn’t about a spice girl. This Ginger Spice is a delicious Martell VS based cocktail. That feels perfect for this time of year. Call it Ginger Spice season (which follows pumpkin spice season). It’s that time of year where I I try to pass off anything with ginger as healthy for me. It’s good to keep a cold away, right? Well this cocktail makes no such cold chasing claims but it is delicious on a cold winter eve nestled up by the fire.
Ginger Spice Recipe:
- 5ml Martell VS
- 15ml blackcurrant, pear or blackberry liqueur
- 10ml lemon juice
- Ginger beer to top
- Build ingredients in a hi-ball glass over cubed ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and candied ginger.
