The Session Caesar: Drink Up

I know life can be tough. Sometimes you just can’t decide between a Caesar or a beer. Don’t worry I am here to solve that never-ending problem. When you can’t decide between a beer and a Caesar, you order a Session Caesar. All the great flavours of a Caesar with some great beer notes.

I first discovered this drink at an event for Walter Craft Caesar. If you have ever had a Michelada – the classic Mexican cocktail with clamato and beer – you will enjoy this riff on the Caesar.

Recipe:

• 4 oz lager beer
• 3 oz Walter Craft Caesar Mix (I like mine spicy)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 pinch of salt

Rim:

• lime juice
• rock salt

Garnish:

• lime wheel
• you can add a peperette and a call it a meal

Directions:

1. Rim Glass.
2. Fill with Ice.
3. Add Beer.
4. Add Walter Craft Caesar mix.
5. Stir Gently.
6. Garnish.
7. Enjoy.
8. Repeat.
