Any proper Canadian knows that a Caesar is an any time any season drink. It’s perfect in the early morning as a hair of the dog. Perfect during a hot summer brunch. Perfect as a post work chilly weather drink. It warms the cockles of your soul. Trust me. It’s a fucking National treasure. With that in mind, here a great riff on the classic Caesar. You can change a lot about a Caesar by swapping out the booze you choose to use. Although the classic calls for vodka, this Wintertime Caesar by Walter Craft Caesar replaces that with some great Canadian Whiskey.

- Lime Wedge
- Fresh Cucumber Spiral
Directions:

- Add Whiskey
- Add Walter Caesar Mix
