As part of the Stan Smith anniversary Adidas has been introducing new models of the iconic shoe through collaborations – from Raf Simons to Bedwin and the Heartbreakers. Now comes a updated version of the Stan Smith in mesh; the Prime Knit is a simple yet perfect update. In this update, the Stan Smith remains in its classic white/green colorway but features a fully knitted upper, making the sneaker light and breathable. The perfect classic white sneaker for the hot months of summer. I actually still own a pair of Stan Smith’s in the original colours – they are classic, but maybe it’s time for me to update to mesh.
