Monochro Minimal Beauty

As you all know, I love brands that work in monochromatic minimalist design.

Inspired by the work of abstract painter Ad Reinhardt (yes, there is an art lesson hidden in there), Haerfest’s new Collection F focuses on the richness and inherent beauty of a single colour.  The colours black, green, red and blue form the basis of this collection, allowing you to see the beauty of working in a  single colour.

The collection consists up of updates on Haerfest’s two signature backpack designs, as well as a new addition, the F20 Briefcase. Other accessories include sleeves available in a range of sizes, as well as a handy new Key Loop- the brand’s first foray into small accessory design. I would go for the backpack (very hipster of me) in bright red – no, I have not lost my mind. Or I always already had lost it a long time ago.

Collection F is now available to buy online at Haerfest.

Christian has been a cultural and style junkie since the age of 6; while most kids were swiping cookies, he was swiping his grandfathers' Patek Philippe. Raised to appreciate art, fashion, design and  literature (yeah, this one actually reads) by a single mother fondly called Jackie-O. Christian quickly went from childhood cultural capital thief to academia protégé. Referred to as the cat's meow by some, too clever by half by others, Christian eschewed the academic life and ran away to join the circus -the fashion circus. Several well-appointed positions later and a career on the rise would be most people's dream but it was time to say fuck off and start all over again.

This is Christian Dare Unedited.
