As a kid I would get snow globes almost every year at Christmas – I have no idea why I loved them so much but I did. Don’t worry, I have not turned into one of those adults that collect them – this could never happen in a minimalist household but I do think every home needs playful accessories. This just might be my new favourite. I know what you are thinking, of course it’s from Maison Martin Margiela. But is the perfect minimalist, but oversized in scale, modern reinterpretation of a snowglobe available in silver or white. Or perhaps I am just nostalgic at this time of year.
